Down Payment Assistance Money Still Available

For you first time home buyers (by which we mean that you have not owned a house in the last three years), the City of Peoria still has grant money available to help with your down payment and/or closing costs.  The grant is only available to people below a cetain income level, and the house that you apply it to must be within the City of Peoria.  For more information, contact your loan officer.  If you do not have a loan officer, let me know and I will recommend a good one for you..........
