Interest Rates Below 5%!!

Today (12/17/08) I saw an email from one of the banks that I work with, and for the first time in years, the 30 year fixed rate is below 5%!!  They are quoting 4.875%.  Of course, everyone's situation is different, so you may not get that rate, but it is a great time to buy!
