Mortgage Rates Again Touch 5%!

Yesterday, interest rates for 30 year mortgages again hit 5%, and in some cases even broke through to 4.875!  As always, the rates change on a daily and sometimes hourly basis.  If the interest rate is a major concern for you in either purchasing a house or refinancing your current loan, now is a great time to move forward.  It is impossible to know how long these rates will be available.......
