I just saw an interest rate sheet from one of the banks I work with that quoted 4.75% for a 30 year fixed mortgage. Wow! That is a great rate........Of course, not everyone will qualify for that. It depends on your own specific data, including your credit scores, your debt level, and how much you want to borrow. But, it is encouraging to see that the rates are staying low.......Now is a great time to buy!
