ILL Assist Bond Program

If you are a first time home buyer looking for homes for sale in Peoria or the surrounding area, keep a sharp eye out for the announcement of the reinstatement of the ILL Assist Bond Program.  This program provides grant money to qualified buyers to help with their down-payment at closing.  It is a program that comes and goes with the availability of funds.  I will keep you posted!

I received down payment assistance through the IL assist bond program and have a question regarding it. However, the phone number I have on my paperwork is no longer a valid number. Do you have any contact information for the their office?
