Free Home Buyer Seminar - May 21st

Don't miss my next free home buyer seminar on May 21st in the Hy-Club Room at Hy-Vee in Peoria! The seminar begins at 10:30 am and will be over by Noon. The seminar is free but please call to register so I know how many people to expect. The last seminar was held in March and the participants gave very positive feedback and expressed that they found the information useful. The seminar is geared toward first-time home buyers but anyone interested is welcome to attend. At the seminar we will cover the topics of looking for a home, getting a loan, negotiationg a contract, house inspections, foreclosures and more. Stacy Borho of Busey Bank will also be available to explain the various home financing options available including grants and no money down.
