Interest Rates Moving Back Down (a Little)

After a period of several months in which interest rates having been moving somewhat, they now seem to be in a bit if a downward move.  Rates for a 30 year fixed mortgage had topped 5% for awhile, but are now back down to around 4.5%.  With the large inventory of houses on the market, this continues to be a great time to buy a house!
